Program Fee

At HAF Volunteers, we aim to provide volunteers and interns with an exceptional level of transparency, along with high-quality service, while keeping our program fees very affordable.

The program fee includes a clean homestay accommodation, freshly prepared daily meals, airport pick-up, orientation, and a program pack. There are no hidden charges or additional fees. The price you see per program is the exact amount you will be required to pay.

To secure your spot, all programs require a booking deposit of $200. This deposit must be paid within 7 days after being accepted to the program and is included as part of the program fee, not an extra cost. Full payment of program fees must be made 30 days before the volunteer’s project.

Please note that HAF reserves the right to modify its policies, review costs, and inform volunteers accordingly before their arrival. All fees and arrangements listed on this website are final.
